February 9, 2012: Underground Railroad Revisited; 6 weeks, start time 6:00, cost $35.00 per student.  With the anniversary of the Civil War at hand many are wanting to revisit the Underground Railroad quilt.  This will be a time to learn some history as well as visit with others who are interested in quilts and quilting.  Each week you will learn about three blocks that made up the signals for the runaway slaves as the made their way to Canada and freedom.

Open Sewing: Every Tuesday from 3:30pm to 7pm, if you have a project that you need help with or a new pattern you want to try. If you have any question about sewing or just want to come and have fun sewing with others in the room. You are invited to come and sew, cut or even rip with us. We will be doing what we usually do but if you have any question we will be glad to help you. It has been suggested that there be a cost so we have a free will donation pot.
